These Terms set out the rules for using the peczkowski.dev website (the “Website") and the general rules of contact and cooperation. By using the Website, you accept the provisions below.
1. General provisions
The service provider and owner of the Website is Piotr Pęczkowski, operating under the brand peczkowski.dev[, address: [ADDRESS], VAT ID (NIP): [NIP] — complete if you run a registered business] (the “Provider"). Contact: kontakt@peczkowski.dev.
2. Definitions
- Website — the website available at peczkowski.dev.
- User — any person using the Website.
- Services — services in the field of web and mobile application development, web design, database solutions, hosting and maintenance, and consulting, provided by the Provider.
- Form — the contact form available on the Website.
3. Nature of the Website
The Website is informational (a portfolio/business card) and presents the Provider's offer and projects. Information on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to contact and negotiate.
4. Scope of services
The Provider offers: design and development of websites and web applications, mobile and cross-platform applications (including Google Flutter), web design, configuration and migration of databases (local and cloud), hosting and maintenance with administrative care, and technology consulting. The detailed scope, schedule and remuneration are agreed individually in a separate agreement or arrangement between the parties.
5. Contact and form
The User may contact the Provider via the Form or at kontakt@peczkowski.dev. Sending an enquiry through the Form is voluntary and free of charge and does not constitute the conclusion of a contract — it serves only to make contact. Sending an enquiry requires providing the required data and accepting the processing of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Technical requirements
To use the Website properly, a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled is sufficient. Sending a message through the Form requires an active email account.
7. Rules of use
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or to use the Form to send spam or content that violates the law or good practice.
- The Provider may apply technical protection measures (including anti-spam mechanisms and submission rate limiting) to ensure the security of the Website.
8. Copyright
All content, graphics, marks (including the “peczkowski.dev" logo and name) and code presented on the Website are legally protected and are the property of the Provider or used under appropriate licences. Copying or using them without the Provider's consent is prohibited.
9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website can be submitted to kontakt@peczkowski.dev. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. The Provider will consider the complaint within [14 days] of receipt.
10. Liability
The Provider makes every effort to keep the Website working correctly but is not liable for interruptions resulting from technical reasons, force majeure or factors on the hosting provider's side. Liability rules for the provided services are set out in a separate agreement.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the European Commission's ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and relevant statutes. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons; the current version is published on the Website together with its effective date.
